Amanda

Amanda Julian graduated from the hygiene program at Monroe Community College in 2019 and joined our team as a hygienist in June 2022. Family is very important to her; in fact, her mother’s career in dentistry inspired Amanda herself to enter the dental field, which she finds to be very rewarding. She currently lives with her boyfriend and her dog and enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.

Eleni

Eleni joined Silver Maple Dental as a dental hygienist in July of 2024. She graduated from the Monroe Community College dental hygiene program, remaining on the Dean’s list through every semester. She was drawn to the field by a desire to be hands on while still having the ability to work directly with people and make a positive difference in the lives of others. She is very passionate about oral health and interested in the link between oral and whole-body health. Eleni lives in the area with her husband, two children and two dogs, Marley and Tyson. She enjoys being creative, gardening with both flowers and veggies, exploring new places near and far, and most of all being a mom and making memories with her family.

Emily

Emily Gerenser joined the Silver Maple team as a hygienist in May 2022, though she has been in the field of dentistry since graduating from the Monroe Community College Dental Hygiene Class of 2008. She was drawn to the field by her passion for helping people and prides herself in easing dental anxiety and having a wide variety of experience in the field including working in pediatrics and treating patients with special needs. In her personal life, Emily has a husband and 3 Yorkies. She likes to knit, crochet, care for house plants, and travel! So far, she has been to 24 National Parks and hopes to eventually visit them all.

Lexi

Lexi joined Silver Maple Dental as a dental hygienist in August of 2024. Graduating from Monroe Community College through their dental hygiene program where she found her passion for working in the dental field. Working with people in the medical field has always been a goal of hers, and being a dental hygienist allows her to work directly with patients to help educate and empower them to have the tools necessary to be confident and proud of their smile. Lexi is from the Rochester area, and lives with her family, including their two dogs Shrimp and Bobby. She enjoys traveling, gaining new experiences, country music, and spending time with family and friends.

Lindsey

Lindsey joined our office in 2023. She is an active duty Air Force veteran, having served 10 years as a security forces police officer in Italy. After returning to the US and settling in Rochester, she became a dental assistant. Lindsey has a wonderful husband and son, and 2 kitties. She loves to travel and make memories with her family.

Rachel

Graduated MCC’s Dental Assisting program in May 2024. Rachel went into the dental field because she wanted to find a niche within dental care. She thought, “why not teeth?!”  While in the MCC program, she fell in love with dental care and the magic behind it.  Her favorite part of her job is getting to see patients transform their smiles and be confident. When not in the office Rachel enjoys baking cookies and cakes, hanging out with friends, spending time with her boyfriend, shopping, playing with computers and reading books. Rachel currently lives at home with three dogs and her mom.

 

Paige

Paige joined Silver Maple Dental as a Patient Care Coordinator in May of 2025. She graduated from RIT with an Environmental Science Bachelor’s degree in 2023 and earned her Master’s in 2024. Paige is drawn to working in the dental field because of the opportunity to connect with patients. She enjoys cheerleading, dance, being outside, reading and spending time with her family, boyfriend and their cat, Ponzo.

Ella

Ella joined our team in June of 2025 as a Dental Assistant. She loves working in healthcare and specifically the dental field because it gives her the ability to help patients in the process of restoring their smiles and provide them with comfort along the way. Ella is currently engaged to her fiancé and they share their beautiful five year old daughter and two cats together. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, singing, watching scary movies, and being outside.

Belle

Belle has been in the dental field for almost 7 years and received her dental assisting license 5 years ago. As our Lead Patient Care Coordinator, she loves to help patients and create a comfortable atmosphere in the office. She is recently married, loves to travel, go to church, and try new recipes. She also had three lizards, Sally, Munchkin, and George Jr.

Mary Pat

Mary Pat has been working in the dental field for 43 years. During her time in dentistry she has worked as a dental lab technician, a dental assistant, a front desk staff member, a manager for an endodontic practice, and a dental insurance coordinator. She finds dentistry very rewarding because she enjoys helping our patients. Mary Pat joined our team as our Insurance Coordinator in January of 2025. She pursued the dental field because she had a wonderful experience with her childhood dentist growing up. She started off at 20 years of age assisting with him and then became his front desk. When she returns home to Amsterdam, NY she makes sure to visit him. He just celebrated his 104th birthday! Mary Pat helps Silver Maple Dental researching and resolving claim issues, and is proficient in dental ADA coding, quality assurance and quality control. She has 2 daughters, Elizabeth and Alison, who are both very accomplished and she is very proud of. Elizabeth works for MIT Press in Cambridge, MA and Alison is a Steward Coordinator for The Nature Conservancy (TNC). In her spare time she loves to cook, bake, entertain friends and family, and recently has taken up a hobby in furniture refurbishing!
